I’m Nadia — cake designer working across Suffolk, Essex and Norfolk, creating bespoke cakes for clients who value both flavour and finish.
In today’s market, many cakes are built with mass-market ingredients: vegetable fat, artificial cream, jam from a jar. Mine are built differently.
Every layer of my cake is crafted with intent:
- Mascarpone and Philadelphia-based creams;
- Belgian chocolate and premium butter;
- Hand-cooked caramel, real fruit confit, smooth mousse textures.
This isn’t just cake that looks good — it’s cake that tastes like what it costs. Because flavour matters. Quality matters. You matter.

Why my cakes are truly premium?
My cakes are made for those who value more than just a sweet bite — for those who seek flavour, artistry, and soul in every slice.
I don’t use pre-made mixes or shortcuts. Every component is crafted by hand: from caramel slow-cooked in my kitchen, to confit made with real fruit, to creams blended with mascarpone and Philadelphia. The chocolate is Belgian. The butter is rich and pure. The textures — mousses, airy sponge, fruit layers — are balanced to surprise and delight.
Design matters just as much. Every cake is a one-of-a-kind piece, made to reflect your event, your taste, your story. Colours, structure, and finishes are considered with care — because your cake should be unforgettable before the first bite and even more so after. This is cake for people who appreciate detail, who taste the difference, and who want something crafted — not just made.
It’s not for everyone. And that’s exactly the point.
I run a fully registered and insured home-based bakery, holding a 5-star food hygiene rating and Level 2 food safety certification. Every cake is made in a safe, professionally approved environment, because quality isn’t just about ingredients — it’s also about trust, responsibility, and the standards behind the scenes.
